CHAPTER 17

☆ Izuku's POV ☆

He puts his arms around me and pulls me onto his lap in a warm hug, and I start sobbing into his chest

"Shhh..." He says in a low, comforting voice while drawing circles on my back in an attempt to calm me down

"It's okay,it's okay."

My sobs started to slow down after a while of comfort coming from kacchan. After my sobs turned into sniffles, he pulled out of the hug to face me still while I was sitting on his lap still

"Why don't you want to eat?" He says with a soft expression

I look downward and gulp

"I-im f-fat," I say with a mumble, hardly even able to tell I had just said something

"Hm?" He speaks he wasn't able to tell what I was saying to him, and I was glad I didn't want him to hear me he would just probably tease me for it.

"J-just not h-hungry"

"Deku, you just downed a whole bottle of water in a matter of seconds. You are obviously hungry."

"I was just thirsty." I mumbled

He cups my face in the palm of him hand to make me face him while he speaks

"You're a terrible liar, you know that?"

"Mhm..."

"Okay then,"he picks up a piece of toast and cuts the piece of toast into 4 small child sized pieces

He gave me a slice of the 1/4 of it as I hesitantly took it from him, not sure what he was doing

He picks up another slice of the toast and keeps it himself

"Come on, let's eat together then"

He starts to slowly eat some of it as he looks at me

I look down at the slice in my hand, and I ever so slowly start to eat it as kacchan did so

As I took a bite, I felt disgusting that I was eating, but kacchan looked really happy with me and gave me a smile as I was eating the food

I ate 1/4 of one slice until I didn't want to eat anymore. kacchan tried getting me to eat a bit more, but I refused it, not wanting anymore,

"Alright,well, good job at least eating some,I'm proud of you for that Izuku." he gives me a warm, comforting smile

Izuku? He actually called me by my name and not deku,It felt so strange but also comforting. I started to blush slightly but said nothing, not wanting to ruin him once in a lifetime. Good mood?

I give him a smile back in response as I saw him also slightly blushing?

What was going on? What was this feeling I didn't get it? It felt as if he was the only person in the world that I needed to be happy this was really confusing

I lay my head back onto his chest while I was still sitting on his lap

"Mmm" I said due to the warmth that kacchan gave out while my voice was also muffled

He lets out a small laugh and starts messing with my hair
