No ones pov Beverly woke up and looked at herself. She took a shower to make her new short hair look good and to help her puffy eyes from crying. Beverly got in a white bra and blue underwear and then she put a white dress on.
Y/n pov I woke up and I put on my black bra and underwear. "I can't believe she talked me into this." I said to myself angry I put on a red sun dress. I then go to my bathroom and cut my hair more because I was mad and having a episode. "Fuck" I said I then straitened my hair

I actually love it. I then hear a knock at my door. I walk out to see Beverly with short hair. She gave me the I don't wanna talk about it look so we just rode our bikes to the quarry.
We see the boys at the edge looking down to the water "Who w-a-wants to go f-first?" Bill asked "We will!" Beverly said as she took of her dress and I did the same. She grabbed my hand and ran "Sissy's." We both said jumping off. "Holy shit! Did we just get shown up by two girl?!" Richie yelled in shock. Me and Beverly hit the water and swim back up waiting for the boys to come in.
We all were in and playing around. I do have to say it was fun. Beverly got on bills shoulders and Richie got on bens and they played chicken fight. Me, Eddie, and stan where talking and getting to know them. "Y/n you are really cool" stanly said "Yeah you are" eddie agreed with a sweet smile. I laugh a little "thanks. You guys are actually not annoying." I said with a smirk As we all laugh. I guess they were not as bad as I thought.
I felt happy and not even a ounce of anger hanging with them just like I don't feel angry with Beverly. At that moment I knew I found my people. I felt like I was free, I felt pure joy.
We all swim some more and I get to know everyone a little more. We then got out and me and Beverly sunbathed listening to Bust A Move. My hair was back to being curly sense I got in the water but whatever. We were just chilling till I felt people looking at us. I guess Beverly felt it to because we both turned our heads at the same time to see the boys look away and do something else like they were not just starring at us.
I upside down smile and then Richie starts talking. "News flash ben, schools out for summer." Richie said in a news reporter accent. "Oh that, that's not school stuff." Ben said Then Richie picked up something, I could not tell what it was "Who sent you this?" Richie asked so in my guess it was a post card. "No one! Give it back." Ben said ripping the post card out of richies hand.
Richie still was going through bens bag. He pulls out a blue folder and has a shocked face. "What is with the history project?" Eddie asked "Oh when I first moved here I didn't really have anyone to hang out with. So I just started spending time in the library." Ben said, damn that is kinda sad. Bill took the folder and started looking through it. "You went to the library? On purpose?" Richie said
"Oh I wanna see." Beverly said walking over there sitting next to bill. I walk over and sit next to Eddie. I saw bill look at Beverly, he definitely had a crush on her. I mean who wouldn't?! She has perfect skin, beautiful body, beautiful hair, beautiful personality, she is perfect. I started to get insecure looking at her knowing I will never be as pretty as her. Bill and Beverly looked through the papers. "Y-y-y-your hair-" bill tried to say something but the words would not come out. "Your hair is beautiful Beverly." Ben added helping bill. "Thanks." Beverly said tucking some behind her ear.
"I have more stuff at my house, if you wanna see." Ben said Eddie shook his head no but we planed to go. We all got dressed to go to bens house.
We stepped in the door and ben quickly rushed to his room. We walked slowly and looked around as we went upstairs. On the wall right by the stairs there was family photos. His house smelled like apple pie and plants.
We got into his room and looked around at all the history of derry. It was creepy but it was cool. I walk towards Eddie and we look at pictures "Ugh gross! I hate germs." He said "Yeah I can tell." I said "Yeah he said looking at me." He took a puff of his inhaler. "You good?" I asked "Mhm" he said "Ok... hey this is cool." I said reading about derry. "You like history?" Eddie asked "Yeah, I actually love school, I just hate the people and teachers" I said
We all look around a little more and talk about this. We all go. "Bye!" Beverly said as she grabbed my hand and we left. We rode our bikes home. "Come over tomorrow?!" I ask "Definitely!" Beverly said as I walk into my apartment. I go to my room and watch tv till late at night then I fall asleep
