Raph found a boy with dark brown hair and gray eyes staring horrified at Raph. His hair was in a half-assed ponytail with his wavy hair hung over his eyes almost covering them. Flou was trying to calm the boy down, while Leo, Mikey, and Donnie all looked at one another not quite knowing what the hell to do.
Flou grabbed the boy and dragged him to the side,
"Cero. YOU GOTTA CHILL-"
"CHILL? DID YOU JUST SAY CHILL?! THEY ARE 5 FEET TALL TURTLES!"
"Well Mikey is actually like four feet and Raph is actually six feet...that's not gonna help..." Flou trailed off,
"YA THINK!?" Cero screamed.
Raph looked at his brothers,
"Who's that?"
"Flou's friend, Cero." Leo hummed obviously interested,
"Don't scare them off Leo." Raph told him,
"Come on, I'm just curious why someone would follow Flou to the sewers of all-"
"APRIL!? WHAT THE HELL?!" Cero yelled, as April walked inside,
"oh shi.." April trailed off,
"CERO SERIOUSLY CALM DOWN!" Flou yelled back, "April just go inside." Flou grumbled.
April walked inside to meet all the turtle's stares. April sighed,
"Alright, 2 questions each."
"Who is that!?" Mikey and Leo said in sync,
"Why would you guys let them follow you?" Donnie asked,
"Are they friendly?" Raph asked,
"That's Cero, he's a freshman with, he is friendly, and no I doubt Flou let him follow her, I'm sure Flou had no idea he was following her." April answered. Donatello stroked his chin,
"This is unacceptable, we have to make sure he won't tell anyone..WE MUST WIPE HIS MEMORY CLEAN AN-!"
"NO!" Everyone quickly yelled, shutting down Donnie's idea immediately.
"Well we can't have him running around telling people!" Donatello explained,
"Donnie's right, maybe he can stay with us until we know he won't!" Leo suggested.
"Yeah that's not happening Leo." Flou said now right behind Leo,
"GEEZ- Where did you come from!?" he yelled, Flou shrugged, moving him to the side.
Cero was following Flou,
"Guys, this is Cero, Cero, introduce yourself." Cero cleared his throat still slightly shaking,
"U-uh I'm sorry about that...I'm just...shaken up! I've never met anyone like you..four..so um..I'm Cero. Lets see I..am 14 I like skateboarding, ice skating, gaming, music, reading too and uh..cookies I guess." Cero was now holding onto his chest. April chuckled,
"Cero you should probably calm down," she told him, walking over.
"Right, sorry." Cero gave a small smile towards him as April patted his shoulder.
Leo smirked,
"Well, I'm Leon, the greatest skater of all time! Gaming? I'm a pro! I don't got this hunchback for nothing!" Leo joked, pointing to his shell. Cero snorted,
"You do got one shell of a hunch there." Cero jokes, Leo gasped.
"Another!" he quickly hugged Cero, Cero smiled a bit awkwardly hugging him back.
"Oh no, there's two of them.." Donatello said, walking away, groaning at the two's bad puns. Mikey jumped into the hug,
"Hi! I'm Michelangelo! Or mikey, mikester, DJ Mikey, Michael, Angelo, or whatever!"
"Wow those are a lot of nicknames...wait Mikey?"
"Yup!" Mikey confirmed, Cero slowly looked up to Flou. He stared at her letting the gears turn in his head.
"What's happening?" Rapheal asked,
"He's connecting the dots.." Flou replied,
"What dots?" Raph asked,
"WAIT YOUR DATING HIM!?"
"Those dots." Flou answered.

It definitely took a lot time of explaining to help Cero understand. But he eventually got it.
"Okay! So, Flou and Michelangelo have been a couple since they were 8? Because you guys made a promise to get married when you grow up?"
"Yup!" Flou nodded,
"Right on the nail!" Mikey smiled,
"So it's been 5 years since then and you guys are still dating? AND this entire time any stories I heard about Mikey and his brothers...were them?" Cero asked, pointing to the other three turtles.
"Correct!" Flou smiled, "Now remember you cannot tell ANYONE about this."
"Yeah I...wasn't going to anyway."
"What do you mean?" Flou asked,
"Come on, walking talking turtles who are best friends with one of the most popular people in our school? Who the hell is gonna believe me?" Cero asked.
