Chapter 4

I woke up to an unfamiliar smell, it was a mix of noodles and egg. I looked up stiffly to see the sun rise, I yawned and stretched. Naruto knocked at my door,

“Mimi, I brought you some soap and stuff so you can have a shower now. THeres a fresh towel on the sink,” he called in, I sat up,

“Thanks Naruto,” I said sleepily, getting up off the bed, I grabbed my clothes and walked into the bathroom, there was a white towel on the next to the sink with a new bar of soap. I stripped down and turned the shower on, letting the warm water wash over my body. When I was fresh and dried I changed into my new clothes, they fitted well, except for the shirt which was a bit big, but I ignored it and walked back into my room with my dirty clothes, Naruto had left a plastic bag labeled ‘laundry’ in my room as I dumped them in there, I spiked my hair up again like I did yesterday. I stumbled out of my room, NAruto was sitting down at the table with two cups of what looked like noodles,

“This ones for you,” he said, handing me a steaming bowel of, well I don’t know what it was. I accepted it and dug in with the chopsticks he had lay aside for me,

“Naruto, if you get bored babysitting me, then we could do some training,” I suggested,

“But you’re not even a ninja” laughed, slurping up some noodles,

“You don’t know that,” I whispered to myself,

“okay, sure. Today’s going to be great!” he said excitedly, I smiled and finished my noodles. He was dressed in the same orange jump-suite as yesterday, with his headband. We left the apartment ten minuets later,

“Come on, I’ll introduce you to my sensei and Sakura, Hinata, Shikamaru...” he went on and on about the people I was going to meet, I sighed and walked next to him, we walked through the town until we reached a large field, it had three wooden posts in the middle of it and a silver haired man sitting on the middle one wearing navy tights and a navy long sleeved t-shirt with a green vest over the top. Most of his face was hidden behind a mask and his headband that covered ofer his left eye,

“Sensei! Sensei!” Naruto yelled, running forwards, the man looked up from his book to Naruto,

“Hello, Naruto,” he said lazily, I walked forwards towards the man,

“Sensei, this is Mimi. She’s knew to the Village and we’re going to train together!” he smiled,

“Excellent, Naruto.” Kakashi smiled from over his book, Naruto turned to face me,

“What are we going to train on?” he asked, the sensei ignored him,

“I don’t know,” I whispered,

“I’ll start on something easy like hand-to-hand combat, or taijutsus,” Naruto beamed, I nodded. I knew Taijutsus really well, Itachi and Kisame had often commented on it during missions.],

“Okay, so what do I do?”

“Try and attack me, and then I’ll try and attack you,” he smiled, I nodded and prepared to fight, “Begin!” Naruto yelled, I ran at him and tripped him over, then grabbed is collar and threw him against a tree, to him it took a second for him to realize he was defeated,

“Was that good enough?” I asked, Naruto was amazed,

“How did you do that?” he breathed, I laughed and let go of his collar, “Okay, next practice. Jutsus,”

“Easy, hit me with your best shot,” I smirked, jumping three meters away to face him,

“Shadow clone jutsus!” I heard him yell, I looked to see three clones standing behind him, I sensed the presence of one below me and moved again,
