Deidara played with my hair while we waited for the others to return. In my room there was a large mirror that stood in the corner, allowing me to see the exact style Deidara was focusing on now, french braids filled with colorful ribbon,

“No! Wait here, I’ll be back with more hair spray, un.” he said quietly, getting up and running out of the room, I looked up at the mirror to see a beautiful girl staring back. I didn’t want to beautiful, I wanted to be vicious and evil looking. But to do that I would have to cut it off and spike it, though it had taken me my whole life to grow it this long, it was getting in the way. I waited for Deidara to hurry back in with the hair spray,

“Do you have enough?” I asked, he nodded and sighed with relief, sitting behind me again, he finished the braid and smiled proudly,

“Perfect, un.” he smiled, I smiled as well,

“Deidara?” some one called weakly, their voice echoing off the walls, Deidara got up stiffly and skipped into the hallway,

“Yeah, un?” he asked, walking away, his voice becoming more quieter, I sighed and looked at the mirror, Deidara wouldn’t cut my hair for me, I sighed again and studied the person staring back at me. Deidara’s voice bounced off the walls into my room as I stood up,

“What are you talking about, un?” Deidara muttered,

“Deidara, its a possibility.” Sasori sighed,

“I cant believe you would think that, un!” Deidara yelled,

“Come on, Deidara,” Itachi sighed, I began to panic as blood pounded in my ears, someone knocked on my door,

“Come in,” I whispered, Itachi walked inside and  leant against the door frame, he stared weirdly at my hair, “Deidara did it,” I sighed, Itachi nodded,

“Spill, where’s the key?” he asked, Kisame and Sasori sidled up behind him,

“What?” I asked, looking around wildly for an exit,

“Tell us where the key is,” Deidara threatened, coming up behind the others, I swallowed loudly and stood up shakily, the only exits were the door and window, knowing they were desperate they would probably all try and get through the door at the same time, giving me precious seconds to escape. I looked at them,

“No,” I snapped, jumping up to the window and ripping it open, they charged after me, getting wedged in the door frame,

“Move it, Kisame,” Deidara hissed, I slid down from the window onto the water, I heard them fall hard onto my floor,

“Shadow clone jutsus!” I breathed, a clone stood next to me and ran off as I wedged myself into a crevace in the cliff face,

“Quick! She’s getting away!” Itachi yelled, I watched them run across the water after my clone, I held my breathe until they were out of sight, I shoved out of the crevace and landed on my hands and knees on the water, a large dark shadow behind me made me gasp,

“Tell me where the key is,” he murmured, placing his hand on my shoulder, I grabbed his hand and twisted him so he landed on his back in front of me, I heard the air get knocked from his chest while he cringed over in pain,

“Why don’t you ask Pein?” I suggested, sneaking back into my window, Itachi nodded and grabbed his chest, lying on his side.

“Pein, you need to come home right away,” I whispered into the phone, looking over the kitchen bench incase the others came in,

“Why? Whats going on Mimi?” Pein asked sternly, the door flew open and crashed against the wall,

“Mimi!” Kisame barked,

“She’s here, I saw her,” Itachi snarled, I swallowed loudly again,

“They want the key, just get over here quickly,” I whispered,

“Wait, Mimi-!” I ended the conversation and hid inside one of the kitchen cupboards,

“Can’t your Sharigan sense her, un?” Deidara hissed,

“Not if I cant see her,” Itachi sighed, I closed my eyes then heard someone else walk inside,

“Hey, whats going on?” Kakuzu asked,

“We’re trying to find the ‘key’, un” Deidara whispered, “Mimi’s the only one here who knows, un.”

“Excellent, so we’re going to torture her to get information about the ‘key’?” Hidan laughed evilly,

“If you want to,” Sasori said quietly, there was a loud thud outside of the room,

“Ouch-” Zetsu complained, I couldn’t see anything but I knew their voices well, knowing Tobi was with them gave me a little relief,

“Mister Zetsu!” Tobi cried, there was a loud smack and whimpering,

“Shut up Tobi, we’re trying to find Mimi,” Itachi hissed, I opened my eyes to see through the tiny crack in the cupboard door to see the large plant-like head of Zetsu with an orange mask bobbing around him, Tobi. I gasped and slid further into the cupboard, if they found me now I was doomed. Itachi’s eyes glanced in my direction as I was locked in his gaze, I meant to look away but I was too afraid, he narrowed his eyes,

“She’s not in this room,” he whispered to the others, my eyes widened,

“Damn, fine lets check the bedrooms, un.” Deidara sighed, dragging Sasori along behind him,

“Oh great,” Sasori grumbled,  Kisame looked at Itachi and began to speak,

“Zetsu, Tobi and I will look outside, Hidan and Kakuzu will help Deidara and Sasori in the bedrooms,” Kisame nodded, walking outside with the others,

“I’ll check out here just incase,” Itachi said quietly, I waited for the door to close and stepped out from my hiding place,

“Why didn’t you give me away?” I asked in a hushed voice,

“Because, I see myself in you.” Itachi sighed, I looked at him confusingly,

“How do you see myself in you?” I asked,

“Because, we’re the same.” he sighed again, there was a loud thud inside my room, “Go to Sasuke, my younger brother, you’ll be safe with him. I’ll tell Pein that I didn’t see you,”

“You’re going to let me get away?” I breathed, Itachi looked down the hallway, his eyes widened,

“Yes, now hurry,” he urged, I nodded and swung the door open,

“Thanks Itachi,” I smiled, running down the corridor, my footsteps echoed off the walls with every step as I pushed on, I stopped at the entrance and looked carefully, they weren’t looking in my direction and I sped across the water and up to the cliff tops, I gasped for air at the top and rested inside a concealed heap of bushes, their voices trailed up the cliff face,

“Shes not here, keep searching!” Kisame yelled, I had to make my move. I jumped into the trees and ran for it, I knew Sasuke lived in the Leaf Village. He was a Genin on Kakashi’s squad with the Jinchuuriki of the Leaf, along with another girl who’s name keeps escaping me.
