Ok this is a big one. Cuz I got the idea that pancake cookie could be an half animal, like moon rabbit.
Here's why:
• He loves "acorn jelly's" Like literally, he's obsessed with them. (Gives me squirrel vibes)
•in kingdom, when your on the main kingdom where the cookies walking around and stuff, there's sometimes an animation where he kinda clean behind his hood ear like a cat or he doing something like whatever he's doing on the gif here:

• his winter costume has actual animal ears on his hood.
• he kinda reminds me of a flying squirrel or something like this (I dunno what they're called) .
