I woke up after having a good 8 hours of sleep on a Friday, feeling relieved that my winter break was going on.i brushed my teeth and went outside to breath fresh air.

The sun complimented my skin by making it shine.Thought of making bread sandwich or a shake to start my day.

"Kia, you woke up very late today."my father said feeling disappointed as if i have failed a subject(Hopefully I never failed IN MY WHOLE LIFE).

"But father I-"I stuttered. There is something about fathers or at least my father.Whenever he complains about something related to me it always feels like i have been slapped by someone ten times. More like I am afraid of his scolding.

"Think yourself Kia you literally woke up at 8:00 a.m."he said with an annoying face.

I remained silent because that was all I could do. I can never win against him. The thing he says are somehow always true and that triggers me.

"You know that on Monday you are joining extra classes and i also gave some mathematics problems to solve."he said with a firm voice."I know you hate me because I am saying you to study every now and then but it is good for you only."

I could pull up all that "marks don't matter" and "the education system is ruining children mental health but what can I do I have to study, anyways.

I went inside my room scribbled my thoughts on my copy and after 40 minutes i stood up and went to the kitchen to have breakfast.

My father gave me the 'can't even study for one hour ' look but i did not care, It has been an everyday thing since sixth class.

I always wanted to be organised and be 'that girl' but like every other teenager procrastination and distraction loved me.

Whenever I try to love my books me phone always proposes me.Shit.I really need to stop watching romance dramas.
