dustin wasnt the type to be so emotional.sure he was dramatic but he'd never really show his negative emotions, like ever. tonight he was just thankful he was home alone because he didnt want his mom barging in on him crying like a baby.
He doesnt know what he expected, he knew him and lucas would never become something, he knew it was all just mindless flirting with no reason behind it. just friends,not lovers, never lovers. the fact is dustin is prone to be alone, everyone he loves leaves, and hes accepted that, so theres no point in hoping that maybe lucas would stay.

lucas was stupid.so very stupid. he hated himself for not just accepting himself, its not that he doesn't accept the fact he likes boys aswell, he just doesn't know how to handle a relationship.he knows he was a shit boyfriend to max thats why they were always arguing,he just doesn't want that to happen to him and dustin too, thats why hes always pushing dustin away, he doesn't want to hurt him.
he knows its wrong and unfair towards dustin but honestly dustin would be way better off without lucas,is what he thinks.
so that brings us to now, lucas is biking his way to dustins house wearing his night clothes and it is bitter cold.
