You had been in the cave for what felt like hours when you heard many Pokémon.
"People are here?" You said
"Sylveon!" Sylveon exclaimed
Your legs weren't that sure about it but you'd do anything to make it out right about now.
You began to run towards where the entrance should've been.
"Eiscue! Eiscue!" You heard the grunts of an Eiscue
"Duraludon!" A Duraludon said
"Alcrem!" An Alcremie said
You heard shouts, your name to be exact.
{ On The Outside }
"How'll we break it? The kid could be behind there." Gordie said
"Find another entrance?" Milo said
"There isn't one, it was one-way." Nessa stated
"Here's my question, if we've all got things to do might as well send Gordie here and we go back?!" Piers said
"You really, like actually, think my Pokémon can break this without making the whole cave collapse?" Gordie asked
"Gordie is right, we might risk hurting the poor kid." Melony said
"Any ideas, doctor?" Kabu said
"Y/N has two partner Pokémon, that might help?" A doctor informed
"What're the Pokémon?" Bea asked
"A Deino and A Sylveon." He replied
"It could help us." Opal shrugged
"I made a way in, maybe?..." Raihan said
Leon inspected his work, it was tiny, like really tiny.
"Uh... it's a start?" Leon said
"Take it into consideration. Why're all the gym leaders in Galar here to save one kid from a cave collapsing?" Piers said
"Human decency." Nessa answered
{ Your Point Of View }
You heard talking and a sliver of light made it in.
Eventually boulders were removed, that's when your legs failed, you could've made it out.
Sylveon and Deino hopped out thinking you were behind them.
{ Back Outside }
"There!" Gordie said
"Sylveon!" Sylveon exclaimed
A Deino hid behind Sylveon shyly.
"Hey you two, where's your trainer?" Leon asked
Sylveon looked back and immediately got on high alert, Deino did so too.
"Y/N! They must've collapsed in the cave! They can't walk really well!" A nurse yelled
"Machamp!" Machamp said
Sylveon and Deino quickly went back in.
"How interesting..." Opal said
"Is it really the time?" Piers asked
Allister pointed to a loose rock.
Just then a young kid emerged from the rocks.
"I'm good! Only a few scratches!" The kid reassured
A few scratches probably meant genuine bruises.
The kid leaned on Sylveon and put an arm on Deino.
"Oh thank arceus." Nessa huffed
Duraludon checked the kid which resulted in dragging Raihan over too.
Deino hid behind their trainer.
"You're actually pretty tough for a seven year old, I'll give you that. Nice Pokémon by the way." Raihan said and he pat you on the head
"Could we go now?" Piers asked
"Thought we'd lose a few people!" Gordie laughed
"Great job Eiscue!" Melony smiled
"Machamp and I are quite impressed." Bea stated
"Always a pleasure to help." Kabu said
"Isn't this amazing!" Milo smiled
{ Two Hours Later }
You had the best night of your life.
The gym trainers decided to stick around for the rest of the night meaning you'd get to stay up late with Raihan, Leon, Opal, Bea, Nessa, Gordie, Milo, Piers, Melony and Kabu.
You were for sure gonna see them often, Leon had said they'd visit you when they weren't busy with any business.
