After that disaster everyone went home. As Dipper and Mabel walked home they didn't even glance at each other. But then they both heard thunder and they looked up into the sky. it started to pour and Dipper and Mabel looked at each other. "Rain party?" Mabel asked. "I thought you'd never ask!!" He yelled. They splashed mud all over each other."See this is what twins are for doing dumb things and getting each other dirty!" Dipper said wiping dirt off of Mabel's sweater.
As they continued walking a bolt of lightning hit the sidewalk in front of them and something appeared there.... "The carpet?" Mabel said touching the furry thing with her (his) palm. "THE CARPET!!!" Dipper said pointing at it and jumping up and down looking as if he would pee his (her) pants! "It changes us back!!" He said. "Oh right!"She said.
They both hopped on and shuffled around on the carpet. Then the jolts of lightning zoomed around them and then the change happened.
