I woke up to the constant calling of my name. It was just Scott trying to wake me up, damn it's too early to give me a headache, I looked at him super annoyed.
"Kanina pa kita ginising Iris, but you you won't budge."
Wait, what?! Panaginip lang yun?!
"Panira ka naman ng tulog eh, seryoso kaya yung panaginip ko." Hays di ko na tuloy alam mang yayari kasunod nun.
It was all a dream, but how can it feel so real? Weird.
"Ay wow, ganyan na pala thank you ngayon; I'm so humbled po." As if, jerk.
Agang aga naman ito agad bungad sakin pektusan ko kaya toh.
"You should thank me at least, I even bothered going here even though we're both late by now." As if saying that make things better.
Wait....... Late?! School?!
Oh gosh first time ko ma l-late! Bakit ba hindi tumunog alarm ko?!
"Anong oras na Scott?!" I was panicking as heck.
"8:55 na po Aurora" This biss really trying to tease me with freaking sleeping beauty.
"You were already waking me up, you could've at least did it earlier." Gosh my mind is all over the place.
"Hey, I didn't know that you're still sleeping I was just going to pick you up!" This dude really...
I ran to the bathroom with my towel on my shoulder while my robe was on the other. Good thing I always have my uniform ready.
Took a quick shower and did what I have to and all my other routines. Then went out of the bathroom fully dressed from head to toe as if we weren't already late.
I came out of the bathroom to find Scott laughing so hard while laying on my bed, I don't know what's with him today. Baka di pa sya nakaka inom ng meds nya for his kabaliwan.
"What's so funny that you're laughing like a lunatic?" I'm getting annoyed by his laughing, although it sounds like music to my ears.
"Why so grumpy on a saturday, geez breath Iris it's already the weekend." He seriously said that while trying to stop his laugh.
"Why I'm i so grumpy?! Who wouldn't be angry when we're this late?" Oh gosh I just hate him.
Wait....... Saturday?! It's the weekend!
That's why my alarm didn't ring. Great start with my saturday! I am so done with this pineapple head.
I don't want to satisfy him with me being all angry and yelling at him. It's fine to act like I don't care, besides at least I already took a shower, no need to be all lazy about it later.
"Haha funny mo wag ka sana nasamid sa sarili mong laway."
I guess that scared him, he stopped laughing after hearing what I said.
Well this got awkward.....
"What are you up to? Ang aga mo naman yata nagala Dito."
"Our parents have plans for today remember? You know the going on a picnic type of plan." Pshh tinatamad ako huhuhu.
"Di ako sasama."
"Why? This is a get together of our families, the last one we had was like two months ago and plus you can't refuse to go Ikaw lang nag iisa nilang anak."
"Ikaw din naman po ginoong Scott, aminin mo na gusto mo lang ako kasama."
"Wow, where'd you get the confidence huh?."
"Dun po sa kapitbahay."
"Okay, mag bihis kana we're leaving in 10 minutes."
"Fine, pero bring your camera ha, I better have good pictures today."
"For what? Di ka naman active sa social media, Wala ka din post."
"For memories sake?"
"Sige, dress nicely para bagay tayo sa photos."
"Wow, sino nag sabi na kasama ka sa picture?"
"Ako"
I just rolled my eyes at him and went to my closet to find something nice to wear. Bumaba na si Scott I guess para kunin yung camera nya.
I saw the dress my mom gave to me as a "just because gift" it was a yellow sundress with floral prints that looks like it's fading, I guess I got my taste in clothing from my mom. Like duh kami lang naman dalawa ang babae Dito, kanino pa ba dapat?
"This should be good."
Looking at myself in the mirror, and made my way downstairs.
