"Y/N, you look absolutely marvelous tonight!" More flashes burning my eyes. It was my first lead role in an action movie, it never failed to surprise me how far I've gotten in life. Smiling before the camera, while pushing the thought of homework behind.
My manager, Zara, motioned for me to walk faster on the carpet.
"Y/N! Look over here for me!" "No! For me!" "Look over here!"
The words getting jumbled together into one. My head looking to where the words were shouted from. Everything seemed to be spinning, I walked over to an interviewer whilst trying to keep my composure.
"Y/N! What can we expect from this movie?" They held up the microphone right in front of my face.
"There's definitely a twist to the story, but it's something that will keep you on your toes." I rocked back and forth on my heels.
"Beautiful answer!" The interviewer complimented, she kept talking but I couldn't think straight. I was focusing on my last year of college, I couldn't mess it up. I already took a gap year, academic validation was my entire life.

After saying goodbye, Zara, helped me get to my seat.
"Hey, you feeling okay?"
"I'm fine, probably just a small headache."
Zara gave me a questioning look.
I gave her a small smile of reassurance.
Zara nodded before complimenting me, I only smiled. 10 months till graduation, what am I doing here, I should be studying.
