Percy and Annabeth,
I don't the authority to give an official diagnosis, but I can say with a fair amount of authority that upon further observation, it seems like Luke has ADHD. My opinion coupled with the family history is probably enough to get him a diagnosis from a doctor if ever decide to get one.
As for the dyslexia, if Silena or Luke ever have difficulty reading (when we start learning to), I can have them take a test to see if they have it.
