I don't understand how someone had refused to go back to the way he is. Was it because the ego they had fed you was now the only goal you were about to reach? I don't understand who I am anymore in your life.
Why can't you just look at me the way you had before? Why can't you just stop and look back for a moment? Someone told me that I needed to stop and look back to remember who you were. I was always behind you, pushing you forward, but why can't you step back and see me?
Was our goal so big that you couldn't stop trying?
