Here is the story of how Harley Mikaelson was born more like taking. On the day Harley was born something bad happened. Hayley got kidnapped by a human. Not just any human an human that have powers.
They girl always wanted a vampire or a wolf as there future kid. But everytime she gets pregnant she loses the child. So she decided to kidnapped Hayley and take Harley away from her.
When everyone came to recuse Hayley baby Harley was gone. Years after years they had Hope Mikaelson and they keep her close to them. They didn't want what happened to Harley do to Hope.
With them not knowing what Harley was actually doing out there is going to watch her life.
