*Still Tami's POV*
I quickly found the guys stood outside of Nando's
"Took you long enough" Harry said
"I'm hungry" JJ said
"Okay okay, I'm sorry for being late. Now come on" I said and we all walked into Nando's.
"Table for 8 please" Josh said to the people who was stood at the front, the waiter grabbed 8 menus before telling us to follow him. We got to a table and sat down while the waiter gave us the menus
"So what took you long?" Tobi asked
"Oh nothing, got a little lost" I said and faked a smile, I can't tell Josh that I have a job or else he'll ask questions...Crap! I just realised that I don't know how to get here from the house. What to do? What to do? Hmmm...
"Erm...Guys?" I said, they all looked at me
"Yea?" Josh asked
"Erm...by any chance are any of you going to be awake around 9:30 AM?" I asked
"I'm coming around then, me and Josh need to some event thing which starts at 10:30" Tobi said
"Why?" Simon asked, I quickly thought of a lie
"Erm...it's just that...I ran into an old friend from my old school that I went to before getting kicked out of the house. Me and my friend were hoping to spend the day together and we said we would meet here at Westfield around 9:30 so that way we get to catch up" I said, lying straight through my teeth. I know I should tell them about having a job but maybe later
"Erm..I guess we can drop you off before we go to the event" Josh said, I smiled before looking back at the menu; yes!
*NEXT DAY*
I rushed around my room looking for my black tank top, where the hell did I put it? I was wearing my black mini skirt and black bra while rushing around the room, I hoping no one comes in or else this will be awkward. I was looking through my closet when I realised that I put my tank top in the wash, I facepalm and looked down. Now what do I do? I looked back at my closet and saw my black sport bra, do you know what? F it, I grabbed the sport bra and pulled it over my bra before grabbing my black hoodie and putting that over. I pulled the zip up but left it a bit open, I rolled up the sleeves before grabbing my converses and putting them on. I then went to the mirror and applied a bit of makeup then put my hair onto a side fishtail braid and throw on a beanie on top, I looked at myself (THE MEDIA THING HAS AN IMAGE) before grabbing my phone and slipping into my pocket then went downstairs. I walked into the kitchen to find a dress Simon, I stopped walking and looked at him
"Where you going?" I asked and grabbed an apple
"I am going with you" Simon said and grabbed his car keys, I took a bite from the apple and I held up my finger telling him one minute. I quickly ate the apple and throw it away
"How comes you're taking me to Westfield?" I asked
"I need to get some stuff from JD plus Josh and Tobi had to leave early. So I said that I'll drive you since I woke up early even tho I feel asleep at 2am, also if you and your friend need a ride then I am your drive today. And before you say it, I've done all the editing that needs to be done for todays videos, I am going to take my laptop with me so I can upload the videos." Simon said and walked out of the kitchen, I froze on my spot. Simon is going to drive me and I am going to work...Maybe I should just tell him to come at a specific time. I walked out into the hallway to see Simon putting his jacket on
"Come on let's go" Simon said and opened the front door, I nodded my head and walked out. Simon followed and locked the door behind him then we both walked to his car, I got into the passengers side while Simon got into the driver's side. We both put our seatbelts on then Simon turned the car on and pulled out the driveway
"So do I get to know the name of this friend?" Simon asked, I bite my lips and said nothing
"Tami?" Simon said and looked at me before looking back at the road
"I kinda lied" I mumbled
"What do you mean by 'lied'?" Simon asked
"Just drop me off to Westfield and I'll text you telling you when you can pick me up and I'll give you location which will explain everything but you can't tell Josh please" I said and looked at Simon, maybe I should just tell him because I feel guilty hiding it.
"What I'm so confused" Simon said
"Just promise, trust me please" I said, we got to Westfield and Simon parked the car before looking at me
"Tami" Simon said, I leaned over and kissed his cheek before looking into his eyes
"Please" I whispered and gave him sad eyes with tears in them, Simon stared at me
"Okay, I trust you but please let me know when you pick you up" Simon said, I gave him a small smile and kissed his cheek again
"I promise" I said before taking my seatbelt off and opening the car door, I got out and closed the door before running up the stairs to Westfield. I got in and quickly went to the cafe and I actually remember the location of the cafe. I walked in to see Jess, she looked up and smiled
"Morning" Jess said
"Morning" I said and smiled
"Mums in the back, just go ahead" Jess said and let me through. I walked to where Suzie's office was and knocked
"Come in" I heard, I opened the door and pecked in
"Oh Tami, come on in dear" Suzie said, I pushed the door open more and walked in. I noticed that Suzie wasn't alone, there was a guy stood next to her
"Tami this is Louis, Jess's husband. Louis this is Tami, the girl me and Jess was telling you about" Suzie said
"Hi it's nice to meet you" Louis said and held out his hand which I accepted
"Same to you aswell" I said
"Okay Tami we are going to discuss your time table and salary" Suzie said, I nodded my head.
*Simon's POV*
That is so weird, why would Tami lie? What was so big that she had to lie? I got out my car and walked up the stairs to Westfield, I found JD and walked in. I was looking at shoes when my phone beeped, I pulled it out to see a text from Tami
Meet me at 2 o'clock at Suzie's Cafe! It's on the third floor in Westfield until then you can do whatever you want, see yu then x - Tami xx
I looked at the text, Suzie's Cafe? Why does she want me to go there at 2? Wait...she put an x after her text? Does that mean? Does she? No Simon she doesn't, she put it as a friendly gesture...But way would she kiss you back if it was a friendly gesture? So does she then? I'm so confused....
A/N
Sorry I didn't upload yesterday, I didn't get back from school until 6:15pm had to stay back for Drama rehearsals and coursework that needed to be done. I was gonna try and upload but I was too tired after rehearsal so I got back ate then fell asleep. But the Drama Exam was today which went well and I DIDN'T FALL OFF STAGE 😊 so that is out of the way!
And I'm telling you my life story which you probably don't care about!
*Sat in Simon's cupboard giggle*
