Indira pov

I was sitting on the ground petting Zaria and Meechie when my brother Azari walks in and look at me saying

"Indira"

Mal walked to another room to give us a moment.

Azari came over and sat down beside me as he say in Xhosa

"Ndiyavuya ulungile. undoyike ndafa"

Translation : (I'm glad you are ok. you scared me to death)

I sighed saying

"Uxolo. Bendingafuni ukukoyikisa mntakabawo"

Translation : (Sorry. I didn't mean scare you brother)

Azari sighs as he looks at me and say

"Sis look. I know it's been a while since we actually talk about what's going on in our lives. I know you're upset and heartbroken. Those painful memories just comes crawling back in from the past. Just talk to me. Tell me what's going on"

I had tears in my eyes as I looked at him saying

"I'm so tired of being heartbroken and being played because of my royal status you know. It hurt me so much. I was so afraid of finding love again. Scared that I was going get my heart broken again. But when I met Jay, my life was lit up with joy. He saw me for me and not for my royal status. I was thinking in my head finally I found love again. Someone who will accept me but I guess I was wrong."

My brother Azari sighs as he say

"I know you're upset. I know you're tired of all the pain. When Jay came into your life, he brought joy into your life and treated you like a queen. I believe you still love him as well"

I didn't say anything as Azari continue saying

"He loves you. And you love him. You can't deny that. Yes there may be times where you guys may argue but that's life. Hey even me and Lyra may have times that we argue but at the end of the day we talk about it and still love each other. All I'm saying is before you give up, try to work it out"

I didn't say anything as my brother sighs.

Then all of a sudden I hear my brother starting singing a song that he used to sing to me when I went through my first break up.
