idk where i'm going with this so just bare...
miguel sat next to me on the left and roselie on the right.
my mom was across from me.
all of my friends sat on one side while her friends sat on the other side. they were all talking while roselie and mason were in conversation.
tristan and brady were talking about something while me and miguel were talking.
"you look really nice tonight. like i mean you always look nice, but like you know" miguel said.
"i know what you mean miguel don't worry. and thank you" i said, taking a drink out of my water.
(btw it's the free water they give out at some places, don't come for me if you don't like water 😒)
"you're welcome. also, do you want to hang out tomorrow, and maybe go to the arcade and the beach?" he asked.
(i had so many ideas i went through bc i tried to make it not corny)
"i would love to" i said.
dinner went by quickly after that and then it was time to go.
we all said our goodbyes and parted our ways.
once we got home, i ran upstairs to my room.
i changed into some pajama pants and a white tanktop.

i woke up at 9:30 and saw texts on my phone from miguel.

i got up and went into my bathroom to take off my makeup.
i went downstairs to see my mom standing by the counter on her phone.
"good morning mom" i said, getting out a bowl for cereal.
"good morning y//n. do you have any plans today?" my mom asked.
"yeah, miguel invited me out" i told her, pouring my cereal.
