Chapater 5

(It's like 2:00 am in the morning but I'll write this anyways. It was his birthday.

You wake up to get ready for school, you do everything you need to do. "Y/N!" Your mom calls. "Are you ready?" She calls out again. "Yes, I'm coming." You say. After a while you run to school. You get there just on time, Nobita on the other hand, gets there late. "Go stand in the hall!" The teacher yelled at him. "H-Hey, Sensei?" You ask raising your hand. "Yes L/N?" He responds. "If you keep putting him out in the halls, he'll never learn." You say, trying to reason with the teacher. "Well, he needs to not be late!" He says. "Fine!" You say a bit angry, but your volume was low. "If you won't put him in class, put me out and I'll help him!" You say. After that you take your things, but you don't go outside yet. "Ok, just don't entertain him."

~~Nobita's POV~~

Why is it that I'm always left outside? I can't wake up that early. I stand there collecting my thoughts. I was about to shed a tear when Y/N came out. They pulled a desk and two chairs in one spot. I blushed a bit. "Sensei said I could help you, I find it unfair that you always have to stand outside." They said. Really?! Did they care about me this much? But I'm not that good in many things. I do bad in sports, I'm lazy, and I'm terrible in school. "Aregoto" I yelled. I hugged them. Not even Shizuka did this. I didn't really care about Shizuka in this moment. "Ok, you can let go now." Y/N said. "Go-gomenesai!" I apologized. I looked at their face. They were blushing. "C-come on, he said I can only come out if I help!" They said. "H-hai..." I stuttered.

~~Time skip and Y/N POV~~

It was now recess. Nobita wanted to show me some cat's cradle tricks. I tried some but I ended up getting my hands tied in a knot. He tried to help untangle them. However, because I was worried about accidentally being scratched, I panicked and I ended up getting his hands tangled with mine. Well, this is awkward. I saw Nobita blush first. Did he like me? Did he like me back? What about Shizuka? (BTW in this fanfic Shizuka is you best friend, she as bc she has comfort character privileges.). I ended up blushing too. We sat down waiting for someone to find us.

~~Sometime later~~

Well, it seems that Shizuka and Suneo found us. Shizuka wondered why we were both blushing, while Suneo made fun of us. Really this jerk is Nobita's and my friend? Nobita told Shizuka how we got in this situation. "Well, I know where scissors are, but you two have to kiss first!" Suneo teased. At that time we both blushed hard. "Suneo-san!" Shizuka scolded him. "What they're clearly in love!" He replied. He was right. We are in love. We've already kissed. I looked at Nobita, and shared a non-verbal phrase. We got close, I could hear my heart pounding against my chest. I waited for Nobita to start as well.

~~Nobita's POV~~

I've kissed them before, why is it so embarrassing now. I close my eyes, and lean in. I can feel my heart beating. As soon as it happened, it ended.

Aregato (あれがと) means "thank you". Gomennasai ごんなさい means "I'm sorry". Hai (はい) "Yes".
