Waiting at the airport for Bradley always sent tingles down her spine but today Cash was even more excited. She hadn't seen her man in 9 months, the longest they'd ever been apart possibly ever. And now they were getting to go back to TopGun together. Together
Currently Cash was stood at the gate waiting on Brad anxiously. His plane had landed a while ago so she was getting more and more restless. Finally she saw an old man walk through the door and she knew the reunion was close. She watched as passengers came through one by one until she saw her favourite green uniform and reflective sunglasses. She broke into a huge grin and ran towards the man. When he spotted her he started smiling as well. The boy wasted no time in wrapping his arms around her waist and picking her up, swinging the girl around as he hugged her. Cash buried her head into his shoulder and took in his familiar scent. She never ever wanted to let go.

"I missed you so much" she whispered quickly, trying to hold back tears

"I know baby, I've got you" he responded, pulling his head back from her making her do the same. They looked at each other for a second before Bradley leaned in and kissed her. Cash smiled into the kiss and wrapped her arms even tighter around his neck. He put her back down and they broke away
"Here" he handed her the bunch of roses in his hand. That had become a tradition in their time apart. Bradley always brought flowers for his girl. Always

"Mm these are your best ones yet" she giggled, smelling the roses

"I love you, I love you so much" he couldn't get the words out quick enough before he kissed her again and brought her into another hug

"I love you too" she hummed when they came apart once more
"Come on let's go get you some food" she grinned, linking her hand with his and leaning in his shoulder

"Cash wait...I've gotta tell you something, I've been called out to-"

"TopGun" Cash finished with a glimmer in her eyes. Bradley frowned for a second and Cash watched as all the pieces fell into place

"You're kidding" he whispered. Cash bounced on her feet

"Nope" she grinned

"Fuck yeah" he laughed and picked her up again, kissing her cheek over and over making her giggle uncontrollably

"You'll finally get it be my wingman" she smirked cheekily

"You mean you'll be mine" he corrected, putting her down and taking her hand once more

"No I'm pretty sure it'll be the other way around" she squinted sarcastically

"No no I think you've got it wrong see you're gonna be my wingman" he continued the joke

"Oh I get it now you'll be my wingman" she tilted her head with a smirk

"Shut up Elvis" he mumbled and wrapped his arm over her shoulders as she laughed, leaning up to kiss his cheek as they walked out of the gate

"ok so if we just skip out on the flat we can make it for happy hour at the hard deck" Cash sighed as she slouched down  in the passenger seat and put her feet up on the dash board

"happy hour means people" Bradley reminded

"happy hour means pilots" the blonde grinned

"you wanna check out who we've been lumped with" Bradley shook his head knowingly

"i do actually i really do" she laughed

"Ice didn't tell you who was going?" Brad asked as Cash rolled down her window

"nope, Sarah took his computer" she giggled and lit a cigarette

"Cash! in my truck?" Bradley tutted annoyedly
