First you want to take a kool-aid packet of your choice, and rip open the top. Then you want to take a ziplock baggie and pour the mix in. Then you want to lick your finger ( Classy right? ) and dip it in the mixture then rub on to your lips. Let it sit there for like 5-10 seconds then wipe with a tissue to get all the little pixel thingeys off. It should sting. Be extra carefull if you have a cut on your lip or if they are chapped.
