I am a psychology student at CUC. My name is Fátima. I live in Mexico. I'm from Puerto Vallarta, a very hot and humid place. I'm not in great shape, but I work out three times a week at home. I walk to go to school, when I return home, and inside the school every day. I don't take much care of my diet, but I do try to eat healthy sometimes. I cook for my family and I try to do it as healthy as possible. I don't drink alcohol, and I don't smoke either. I clean my house three to five times a week so that allergies do not affect my family's health. And those are some of my healthy habits.
