China: Just Smile

It's been years since you've smiled. Your parents had died in a terrible car crash, leaving you alone with your abusive uncle. The only friend that stayed with you was China, and as soon as he heard of your abusive uncle he invited you to stay at his house. You immediately agreed and here you were today.

"_____! I'm home!" China shouted all smiles, but you weren't. "Welcome back China." you said monotonously. China frowned a bit, "Why don't you ever smile _____?" he asked sadly. You sighed, "There's nothing left for me to smile about." China pouted, "But you have me!"

"China... I've forgotten how." You had, but you would never admitted it before, but you couldn't stand China looking so sad. His eyes widened until they were the size of saucers. "Y-you forgot?" You nodded slowly. You painfully waited for the horrible words of being a freak came out of his mouth.

"Then I'll teach you how to smile aru!" You looked up at him, that wasn't what you had thought he'd say. "You would do that?" you asked amazed. "Of course _____! You're my best friend!"

"Thank you." You whispered as you hugged him. He hugged you back, without saying anything.

China tried all day to make you smile, but nothing worked. You knew what could make you smile, but you knew it'd never happen. The only thing to make you smile was if he told you he loved you, as more than a friend. He wouldn't though and you knew it.

"Nothing is working is it _____? But I'll keep trying because I, because I l-love you aru." You stopped, the words that you needed to hear had just some out of his mouth. He put his hands over his mouth, but then slowly removed him when he realized he already said it.

You jumped up and gave him a great big hug. "I love you too China!" Your voice was filled with happiness and you were smiling from ear to ear. China looked at you and saw you smiling and he began to smile as well. "Aiyaa! You look so cute!" You just continued to smile as he drew you into a kiss.
