He looks like this however his left eye has kurumi's clock eye which he tends to cover with a white medical eye patch
Personalty: Calm, Collected, Sarcastic, and normally kind, but also cold to those he hates, With a sadistic and sociopathic side of him

Hates: Biological Family, Bakugou Twins, Todoroki Shouto, False Heroes, Bullying, Abusers, Perverts, Anyone who makes Eri Sad or Cry
Neutral: Broccoli, Friends teasing him (Will be explained), and Shoka Todoroki (She gets redemption and a few brain cells but she is not planned to be a love interest)

Zafkiel : Summons a large clock behind the user and by positioning his Flintlock Pistol and Rifle in the pattern of clock hands he is able to use 12 different bullets each with their own ability to mess with time itself relating to the time he positions his guns in. When using one of the 12 techniques the bullets do not hurt however they can be also used like regular guns as well. To use these Techniques the user must use some of their own time each bullet taking a different amount.
To compensate, Izuku turns this time into a mana-like substance that can be refilled over time. How can he do this? I dont know don't question me. This is my way to not have to make him constantly kill people to use these abilities even if my solution doesn't actually make any logical sense. Just roll with it and know he is still using time and has limits to how much he can use at one time. If he goes over it he will be using time he does have left that can not be regained with the method I just created and will drain him of part of his actual life
First Bullet Aleph - Accelerates the external time on its target basically allowing time to be speed up on the target
Second Bullet Bet - Slows down the external time on it's target causing the them to slow down in time
