"Oh my, my daughter's a genius!" My mom yelped crying to herself while gripping the test paper in her hands. My father entered the home next. It was routine. The next thing Y/n knew both her parents were sobbing this time.

"I'll be in my room," Y/n muttered as her parents both nodded while crying. She smiled slightly at how proud they were of her. That evening, her parents even surprised her with her favorite meal and Y/n felt content with her life at the moment. She never would have imagined this day would come. Y/n wasn't sure at all why this was happening she was happy these newfound powers have recently been passing her with flying colors. Y/n watched as her homework was being filled out for her and she smiled clapping her hands together

"I might get myself a treat!" She smiled grabbing her small bag from the table making sure her wallet was inside. She placed her shoes on. Passed by her pleased parents. And walked outside the house. The first thing she noticed was how dark it was outside. Usually, Y/n would still be at school trying to finish her homework but this weird thing would always do her a favor by doing the work for her. Which was what brought Y/n a laid-back life. She wandered to the nearest convenience store she could find and was greeted by the worn-out teenager who worked at the counter. She waves at the boy who nodded acknowledging the girl who bounced slightly in her step excited to get the small snack. She grabbed the strawberry cream sandwich along with the small chocolate cake. She cheered silently seeing it wasn't out of stock like it usually was. Grabbing her wallet she paid for the food. The boy rang her up with a small blank face as he silently processed the price in his head then spoke up

"600¥." He spoke to the girl who gave her the random 5,000¥ she found in her wallet. The boy grabbed the bill and handed her back the change.

"Have a good evening." He said in a dull voice that had been rehearsed in his head. Y.n grabbed the small bag and left the store back to her route back home. She frowned seeing a group of teens nearby. A part of her just wanted to enjoy some silence however they remained at the loud volume they spoke in.

"That ramen was good! We should go again tomorrow!"

"I don't know. I'm tired of ramen. Maybe we should eat somewhere else for once."

"You're crazy if you're tired of ramen. But fine I guess we can go somewhere else."

"A cafe would be nice."

"Yeah, but where would we even go."

"The cafe."

"Not sure. Guess we'll have to stick to ramen." The worn-out voice admitted as they sighed

"Let's just go to the cafe."

The three had finally split up from the girl who grabbed her keys and unlock the door.

"Y/n. Is that you?" Her mom called from the kitchen and Y/n responded with a loud affirmation. She ran upstairs seeing her homework completed and smiled sitting down on her plush bed and pulling out the sweets she collected. Her night was spent in tranquility.

"Another day another migraine."

"I wonder if anyone else didn't do the homework. I don't wanna be embarrassed."

"That boy is kinda cute."

"Why is English so difficult."

"Oh wow, it's Teruhashi."

"Oh wow"

"Oh wow. I wish I was in her class."

Shut up all of you!
