The two skills are very useful as one allows me to attack head on with wind. While the other allows me to teleport to any marks I placed beforehand.

If I can remember correctly, this same jutsu belonged to a leader of some village in an anime, but I don't really care about that since even Captain said that the anime involved a lot of useless brain washing which was used on MC to become something stupid.
