it was the next day, i got to school kinda late.

i went to go sit at my spot in science.

right next to tyler.

"good morning mate."

he said.

"mate?"

i looked at him in confusion.

"australian accident love."

"ew don't say that."

i sat down next to him and threw my bag on the floor.

"okay, today we have actually science to do. so we're gonna start with balancing equations yay how fun!"

he said.

"i gave you all a sheet of paper, balance these equations and we will share the answers."

"how do we do that!?"

someone asked.

"oh right, you guys don't know. okay, i'll go through it."

"it's only the third day and i'm so bored."

tyler whispered to me.

"me too, i'd rather die than do this."

"so, what's your plan for my party?"

"oh, i'm gonna ask mei if she can invite some of those kids. also, i'm gonna get us beer."

"wait... uh, i'm not so sure about the beer part."

"really..."

"what! yes, i am scared... i'm sorry."

"your parents won't even know."

"should i even trust you?"

"cmon tyler."

"ugh! i've never even drunken anything in my life!"

"well i guess that day will be your first."

"tyler."

"ugh! fine, but if someone trashes my house because they're drunk out of there mind i'm blaming you."

"okay, do that."

"yeah! i will."

"okay, relax, it's okay. we won't have fun if your worried the whole time."

he sighed.

"okay..."

the class went by fast, all these schools days have been going so fast.

maybe its because we're planning for something and waiting.

school ended.

i waited for tyler at the bus stop.

the girls walked up to me.

"hey, what's up?"

mei said.

"hey guys."

"where you going? home...? wanna hang today?"

"oh, i cant... i'm uh.. going somewhere."

"that's fine, see you."

"mhm!"

i nodded.

the bus arrived, tyler wasn't here.

"ugh... don't tell me he flaked."
