I just noticed that there's a weird, demonic red face in the "Multiverse of Madness" poster. I circled it in red and it appears to be rather Goblin-like with an oddly shaped head and pointy ears. It might have long dark black hair swept back, but it is clearly looking right at Dr Strange and Wanda, who I have circled in white.
In the comics, Wanda took two pieces of Mephisto's soul to get herself pregnant with Tommy and Billy, and Dr Strange has also faced off with The Devil himself before in the comics.
So if this red face depicts Mephisto (or at least a Mephisto) then that would mean that MCU Stephen is facing off against the literal King of the Hell Dimension in "Multiverse of Madness".
