Every morning and every night you should smile. Just smile for no reason at all. It helps lift your mood up and just brings a brighter day.

Thinking positive helps :) Try to be better everyday, take baby steps. One step at a time.
If your life is not going the way you hoped it would, just take a step back and breathe. Close your eyes and tell yourself this is just one bad day, not a bad life. And keep moving on or walking forward. Everything will be better soon. You just have to believe it.

Ummm so yeah kinda made up that stuff with my knowledge about previous things like quotes, movies, books etc. Yeah I hope this helps :)
