The realization - II

Its been 1 year since akshu has gone for abhi time has stopped there when he last saw akshu dancing.
He wakes up every morning looks at her photo which is attached to his wall which is the first thing he sees in the morning. He wishes good morning to her photo with a smile on his face.

Abhi: good morning miss goenka.. hope you are doing fine..i wish main tumhe  mrs abhimanyu birla bula saktha.. koi nahi jab milogi na tab mrs abhimanyu birla bana kar hi rahunga..

Abhi goes to hall and sees manjari cooking..
He goes and back hugs her..
Abhi: maa.. phir kaam kaha tha na maine aram karne ko.
Manjari: aram kar toh lungi lekin kaam karna mujhe accha lagtha hai.. aur jab teri biwi ayegi na thab main ye sab uske hawale karke phir aram karungi..

Abhi: aani toh chahiye.patha nahi kaha hai 1 saal ho gaya.. na koi khabar ha na koi patha.. ruko  .

Abhi calls kairav
Kairav: hello...
Abhi: hi i am sorry but kuch khabar mili..
Kairav smiles: nahi abhimayu. Tum 1 saal se har roz aise hi phone karke puchthe ho agar akshu yaha hothi toh tujhse abhi shadi kar lethi... jithna pyar tum usse karthe ho shayad hi koi karega.

Abhi smiles hearing that
Abhi: agar kuch khabar mile toh batana zaroor.. please bhoolna math..
Kairav: zaror and smiles..

Arohi comes out from her room with a dead face. She dont want to talk to anyone. Everyone loves her but not how it was before akshu was leaving. Somewhere they held her responsible for all this mess and arohi does not deny it. She is responsible..

Mimi: aru khana khakhar toh ja..
Aru: nahi mimi mujhe kaam hai.. khana badhmain kha lungi bhook lagegi toh..

Swarna: tu doctor hai na.. agar tu hi aisa karegi toh kaise chalega..tujse toh log seekthe hai.. agar tu hi nahi khayegi toh..
Aru: theek hai badi ma.. jaldi..
She eats quickly and leaves for birla hospital.. as birls keep their professional personal life seperate arohi is still a doctor in birla hospital..

Arohi meets abhi..
Arohi: good morning doctor abimanyu..
Abhi does not respond and goes to his cabin..

Arohi goes to her cabin..
Nurse comes to abhis cabin: doctor..
Abhi: yes.
Nurse: ek patient ayi hai.. unka pair toota hai aur koi experience doctor nahi hai kya aap ek bar unhe check karle.. senior citizen hai .
Abhi: oh.. theek hai aap chaliye..
She is a parsi women..
Lady: ye mereko idhar kaiko leke aya man.. mujhe ghar jana hai..
She screams..
Arohi comes out..
Arohi: aunty please sambhaliye.. doctor athe hi honge..

Lady: ye chokri kaun hai man.. main kyun khudko sambhaloo.. mujhe ghar jana hai aaj meri beti tv par ayegi..

Abhi comes..
Abhi: aunty aap tv dekhna chahthi hai na..
Lady : haan..
Abhi: agar main apko tv dikhadoon toh ap mujhe treatment karwayengi.?

Lady: smiles   kyun nahi tere jaisa chokre se toh zaroor karwaoongi and smiles  

Nurse: lekin doctor yaha par tv kaha hai..
Abhi: mere kambre main..
Nurse : kya..
Abhi: inko lekar chalo.. they get stretcher and takes her to his room

Nurse switches on tv..
Nurse : konsa channel?
Lady: news abc.
Nurse puts on that channel..
Lady: remote dena man.. ithna low rakha hai awaz.

Abhi was treating her by facing his back towards the tv..
Arohi comes and sees if abhi needs any help..

Lady shows abhi that she is my daughter and claps for her..
Abhi looks at the reporter and smiles..
Reporter: toh batayiye aap ye kaam kabse kar rahi hai..
Girl: main ek saal se ye kar rahi hun..
Abhi and aru feels that the voice is bit familiar.
Abhi and arohi looks at tv emotionally as they are seeing akshu after ages. They both feel happy to see after so many days.. they are totally surprised to see her.
