One month later, H'rathruyan and Hollypaw were finally healed. They had scars, yes, but they could walk around and fly.
They were also up to trouble.
"Come on, Hollypaw!" H'rathruyan hissed. "Da's been really stressed ever since that Penryk incident... I wanna hear what they're talking about!"
Hollypaw nodded, following him with silent paw steps.
They reached the roots, and crouched low to listen to Parliament.
"Penryk was dead... And Pleek has been spotted as well." A voice said.
"Yes... lots of dead owls are reappearing." Another voice agreed.
"We need to do something about this." Hoole boomed. "Perhaps we can visit the Beyond, see what the Watch Wolves think."
Hollypaw's eyes widened. Dead owls coming back?
"Wait!" Hollypaw yowled, jumping into the hollow despite H'rathruyan's protests. "I know where we can go!"
"Where?" Theo asked, ignoring the hoots of shock.
Hollypaw's eyes lit up. "The Clans!"
