~ 16 ~ promise

Aurora's Pov :

I find myself in hospital and going into elevator. I picked second number and went up. I walk inside of Care's room and she was different like she was acting different

- hi Care what's wrong ? - I asked her

- She was here - she said

- Who was here ? - I asked her once again

 - That doppelgänger you talked to me about. What was her name ? Katherine ! - she practically shouted at me

- And what did she said ? - another mine question

- She said to delivered messages to you and Salvatores - she answered. Salvatores are understanding because of their past but me ? What about me is that special if Katherine want to  meet with me

- And what messages ? - questions were popping in my head like armate. Normally millions of it in my head and they don't want to stop me wondering.

- To Salvatores game on and to you that you will be meeting her soon because you are reminding her of someone but she didn't told me what and then she - she started her last part but stopped

- Care ? What did she do to you ? - I asked her about last part

- She umm ... she choke me to death with this pillow - she pointed at that pillow.

OMG she is a vampire now, did she complete the transition or what ?

- So you are ... you are a vampire ? - I asked and seriously was scared but a new vampire is hard to stop feeling about getting human's blood

- Yeah I am and I completely understand if you are not going to stop being friends with me, I don't know if I am gonna stop myself around you and I don't wanna hurt you - she said and her head was snapped down and watching the floor 

- Are you insane ? Of course I am not gonna stop being friends with you beacuse of you being a vampire - I said and she smiled - I love you Care and nothing will change that, remember always and forever ? no matter what ? - I asked her about our promise

FLASHBACK :

Me and Care was hanging out at the mall we are 14 now and our mothers agreed to this so. After we get back me and Care was sitting on a blanket we were now at Care's place cause of sleepover at hers. We talked about everything and then I realise something, what if everything will change when we goes to High School ? What if me and care had a huge fight and stop talking ? College is next and our ways goes separate

- Care - fourteen year old me asked Care and she hummed in response - what will be after High school ? - I asked her

- College of course - Caroline asnwered my question but not with answer that I was exepting 

- I know but what about our friendship ? - I asked her again but now a specific question

- What's the matter with us? I've been thinking about it and I want to go to Whitmore College with you and Bonnie as you wanted to have it planned - Caroline said and I had some tears in my eyes

- So we go all together? - I asked and she nodded her head yes and I shouted in delight and threw myself into her arms 

- Okay so let's make a promise to be best friends forever - I said and she has her eyes wide open

- Best friends forever ? - she asked

- Best friends forever year by year - I said

- promise we will always swere - she said with a big smile come across her face

- Always and forever no matter what ? - I asked her with happy tears in my eyes

- Always and forever no matter what, I love you so much - she said

- I love you too- and there was our first time saying '' I love you's '' to each other

END OF THE FLASHBACK :

This memory was one of the best I have with Care and her being a vampire nothing changed to me she is the same Caroline Forbes that everybody knows but if she doesn't feel with herself nothing good that she can change that, she is immortal and have whole time she will be can change herself. 

- This is one of my best memories with you - she said

- mine too - i said 

I know I repeat it always but I am so greatful that Caroline is my bestie.

- did you complete the transition ? - I asked her and she looks disappointed- hey it's okay no one judge anybody, you know you can tell me anything I understand you and everything - I tried to just see that smile on her face because after all that time I was there with her she doesn't even smile a little bit, and that's weird because she doesn't stop smiling

- I did - she looks ashamed

- Hey it's okay - I said and hugged her but she stopped

- Please don't hug me I don't wanna hurt you by drinking your blood - she said and literally pushed me away not hard it's okay

- Okay no hugs - I said knowing that she heard me and we laughed at my words - hey do you know when you will be able to go home ? - I asked her but she said simply no

- So what are we doing right now ? - she asked

- So Bonnie is a witch and to walk on sun you must have a daylight ring and witches can do that but before we call her I must tell you something - I told her

- Okay spill some tea bae - she said and I just chuckle at her

- So I was sleeping and I'm my dream some woman come up to me and I was feeling that was not a dream but someone contacted me and this woman looked so much like me but in older version she said her name was Alecia Valentine - I said and she was quiet not wanting to stop me from talking - and you know this family name ? - I asked her

- No should I ? - she asked because she didn't know

- This is family where werewolf's and witches were born but not at one time both - I explained her

- Okay and what that does to everything that happens here ? - she asked

- She said she is my mother - I said and she gasped

- No way you believe her ? - Caroline asked me

- I don't know but if me and Elena are twins so that means we should looked the same or alike but we doesn't even looked the same - I said and was clearly curious about that

- Yeah that explains everything but who are your father - she asked excited

- That's the thing when she was ready to tell me the connect was ended and I wasn't able to know that information

- Oh crap I was excited about it but look if you are curious you should go for it - Care said and her words were true

- You think so ? - I asked and she nodded her head

- Yeah I mean you are curious so why not ? - she said and I was thinking about it. What if it's all a lie ? What if she's not my mother just some people are ruining something in my head ?

And seriously I was scared what happened next but curious at the same point
