A kiss under the rain

Napangiti ako kung saan niya ako dinala.

"Really? This is your idea of a date?" I asked while smiling at her. "I'm not sure. This is my first time and I don't really go on dates so..." she answered while shrugging her shoulder.

So adorable.

"Okay. Where do you wanna go? And I'll take you there. Just say it? What? To the most romantic place, Paris? Are you a fan of Kpop then Korea? Anime? Let's go to Japan!" masayang sabi niya ng tampalin ko onti ang kamay niya.

"Let's just go inside." natatawang sabi ko at mabilis naman niyang nahawakan ang kamay ko. That was smooth! "Right! I was just... uhh being considerate to you since I know you have class tomorrow so we can't really get out of the city right now." pagpapalusot pa niya ng hilain ko siya papunta sa loob ng Disneyland.

We went inside their store to buy some props first. "Ang cute mo siguro dito." sabi niya sa akin ng ipasuot niya ang baboy na hat kaya natatawang kinuha ko naman yung monkey at pinasuot sakanya.

She pouted at me while taking a picture of her. "Ah! Alam ko na." I said looking at the Minnie and Mickey mouse hairbands. "Bagay sayo si Mickey." saka ko pinasuot ng kunin niya sa akin si Minnie.

"I didn't know disney has a lesbian couple." she said while fixing my hair. "What? Mickey is a guy." natatawang sagot ko na ikinatingin niya agad kay Mickey na nasa display. "This is guy?" gulat niyang tanong sa akin habang tumatawa akong tumango sakanya.

"How can you be so sure that he's a guy?" ng hawakan niya ang stuff toy at binaba ang pants niya na mas ikinatawa ko. "See? There's no dick here." seryosong sabi pa niya kaya naman agad kong tinakpan ang bunganga niya. Her mouth has no really filter. She says what she wants to say.

"Because that's just a toy. It would be weird if they put ugh! that thing there where children plays it and look at the difference of their clothes. Minnie's wearing a dress." natutuwang pag explain ko sakanya ng itaas naman niya ang dress ni Minnie.

I can't help but laugh again while tapping her hand. "Stop that! You look like a pervert." natatawang sabi ko.

"What? Naninigurado lang. I thought they were just bestfriend or like... oh disney are very open since I always see them holding hands." sabi naman niya.

"So... where do you wanna go first?" tanong niya habang naglalakad kami ng mapatingin ako sa kamay niya. "Uh... anywhere." There's a lot of things to do here but I'm already contented just being with her.

Okay na ako kahit wala kaming gawin dito. To think that I am here with her is already enough and this day? This day's going to very special in my memory.

Nagulat naman ako ng hawakan niya ang kamay ko. Gosh! Now were holding hands while walking. "You're not listening..." sabi niya sabay hila pa sa akin.

At dahil hapon na kami nandito pinili lang namin ang rides na kaya namin. "We'll save the roller coaster as our finale since we're both scared." natatawang sabi niya pagkatapos namin sa merry go round.

"Are you hungry?" tanong ko naman sakanya at tumango siya sa akin kaya pumasok kami sa Circle Lounge para magdinner.

Umupo kami sa may labas habang rinig na rinig namin ang mga sigawan at hiyawan ng mga tao. "Matagal ko na tong gustong gawin eh." rinig kong sabi ni Aly habang kumakain ako ng churro.

"What is it?" I asked when I saw her getting her a sketchpad and pencil in her bag. "Draw your face." sabi niya ng magsimula na siya saka ko naalala kung paano ko siya ginuhit noon until I was able to perfect her.
