One of my most hardest moments in my life I have learned how to overcome is living with my NVLD when I was a teenager I used to struggle so much with my NVLD I used to not be able to read body language at all and social cues
I always had to write to figure things out and it was so hard for me because I didn't know what to do and I didn't know what not to do and I didn't want to do anything to make anyone feel uncomfortable
Now that I am older I have learned how to do everything much better I am able to read social cues and body language
I sometimes struggle with my social cues I am learning and getting better with it as I am getting older
