Ingredients

. Maize flour

. Hot water

Things to use.

. Mingling stick

. Sauce pan

METHOD

. Sift flour and put it in a sauce pan.

. Gradually add hot water and mix well with mingling stick.

. When the flour gets kinda soggy, place the sauce pan on fire and keep stiring til it gets a tough texture. (NOTE; avoid letting the bottom part burn)

. After cooking put in a banana leaf for it to stay more firm and soft. Note put the banana leaf in a pan and cook once more for about 30 minutes.

Posho can be eaten with spinach, bean stew and peas stew.
