It was 27:30
And we were moving along a dark road.

In that never ending night.

The cars were passing us whooshing,
Each one of them
Carrying an untold story.

Just like ours.

The radio was off.
And our mouths had been sewed closed for hours .

So silent.

He thought that by breaking the silence ,
He would break me, too.

So I kept on suffocating my nagging heart and ragged breath.

And he kept on driving straight ahead,
Carrying a fragile girl, who was made of glass.

We were still on the road
And the crack in my glass body,
Was getting wider and wider,
Breaking me in half any minute.

He locked his green gaze on the crack,
Then on my fearful eyes,
And then on the road again.

"Hang on. we're almost home."

But home
Was too far away,
So out of reach,
And the night wasn't going to end anytime soon.

28:00

"I love you."
I said and broke down into tiny pieces,
Scattered on the seat of the car.

He hit the break so suddenly ,
And we fell in a deep dark hole .

I don't remember anything else,
But they say,
He spent the whole night
Putting my Brocken pieces back together.

A night that lasted till the eternity.
