THE BEGINING

hi this is my first story so sorry if its bad

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Eleanor time to get up" its was 7o'clock in the morning and my mum was getting me up for school "Eleanor NOW!" she flung of my covers to reveal a 5 foot 5 girl with blue eyes and fair hair which as usual was all over the place. hi I'm Eleanor as you might have guessed i am energetic love to sing and climb trees but in the mornings i just want to go to bed."Eleanor if you don't get up now you are going to be grounded for a month" she left the room i got up very slowly "ELEANOR!" "I'M UP! I'M UP!"

i got dressed for school in my uniform it was red and white and i had black shoes on i walked over to my drawers and took out a necklace it had a gold swirl combined with a blue swirl it hang on a black string it had been my nans she died just a few weeks ago i remembered the last words she spoke "Eleanor this is .... sillaban ... look after him now ... and..and ..and don't let anyone have him he is yours now" she gave it to me and died "Eleanor" i was called back to reality by my mum i took the necklace and put it in round my neck and hid it under my shirt then i went to school little did i know today would change my life forever

my school is called summerside grammer and sadly it didn't live up to its name "QUIET" our form teacher Mr rich shouted trying to quieten down the class. " today we have some new students" everyone looked at the door "lok Lambert and Sophie casterwill" a tall blond haired boy with blue eyes he was very cute.there was a gasp from most of the girls next in came a girl with brown hair and brown eyes. now every boy gasped and wouldn't take their eyes off of her i smothered a laugh "now don't think im going to let just any one show them round" silence fell over the class room "now" Mr rich looked at lok and Sophie "lets see who you are with then"he looked at their time table "well then Eleanor" "yes sir?" "you will be showing them around ok good" lok and Sophie sat beside me "hi" "hi" "so eleanor were are we first" "were in geography first" "nooo" "whats wrong lok?" "i hate geography" "Sophie and me laughed "i think the only thing you like is sleeping and puzzles" "oh shut up so Eleanor how long until by nightmare of geography" it should start right about now" the bell rang right on que "i hate you " he said in a sarcastic voice we all laughed and by lunch time we were best of friends.

lunch time "that was awful" "maybe if you didn't complain so much lok you would learn some thing" "ha easy foe you to say you knew all the answers" " only because i listened" " ok guys stop fighting for a minute so i can show you my group "im sorry Eleanor but you know how boys can be" lok opened his mouth to say something i gave him a glare and he shut his mouth "now" i said gesturing to a group of people "this is our group Alex" i said pointing to a girl with messed up brown hair and her uniform covered in paint "john" a boy with short blond hair and blue eyes "mark and kera" a boy with dirty blond hair and brown eyes and a girl with short brown hair "and Matt"a boy with black hair and dark eyes "hi " Sophie and lok said in unison they sat down "welcome to the club brother "said Alex in a weird voice while putting her arm around loks shoulder we all laughed at loks scared face then Alex asked "hay Eleanor were did you get that" as she said it she pointed at my shirt i looked down it was my necklace "nothing" i said trying to hid it again "come on spill" said matt i glared at him he always wound me up but i could tell the rest were going to keep on pestering me anyway so i took off my necklace and held it up i told them every thing when i got it and who gave it to me . then some boys grabbed it and ran i sat for about a second then ran with anger poring out of my face "GIVE THAT BACK" I yelled i chased then into the playground the leader stood their holding my necklace "come and get it loser" he shouted i ran to grab it he pulled it a way and punched me in the face i fell soon all the boys were kicking me and punching me Sophie pulled them off me "stop just give her the necklace back" " not a chance" i stood up "Sophie get out of the way" "but..." she looked at me then stepped aside who knows what she saw but i was glad she did as I asked i stood facing the boys their where only three now as many had faded in to the crowd the leader stood there with an evil grin and said "come and get it christian" i could take rants like that so i calmed myself and got ready my first fight i thought lets do this right the first boy ran at me shouting he kicked i dodged then punched right in his stomach then a side kick he was down the next one ran with all his might kicked punched then he hit me with a side kick i fell but i did a sweep with my legs and he fell like a tone of bricks now the leader i looked up he was fuming with anger "YOUR GOING TO PAY FOR THAT" he shouted "walk a way,give me the necklace and just walk a way you don't have too fight" "your going to PAY" I sighed "your choice" he put the necklace in his pocket then he attacked full on i dodged he kicked i punched and then i heard a voice say follow your instinct's so i did i jumped kicked grabbed my necklace and then landed he fell from the kick i walked over he expected a knock out hit but i helped him up he looked at me in disbelief " good fight your really good but don't take any thing of mine again k?" "uh uh" i walked through the crowed that had formed and walked over to lok and Sophie " we better get to class come on" i walked leaving a very astanished crowed behind

after school

" how did you do that?" "do what?" " come on Eleanor you know what lok is asking how did you do that in the playground?" "i just followed my instinct iv never fought before so..." "wait you have never fought before?" Sophie interrupted me "then how did you do that back flip" " i did not do a back flip" "uh yea you did every one in school saw" i stopped dead in my tracks "i did not realise" i remembered back "i had had my eyes closed the hole time during the jump all i knew is that i jumped and landed when i opened my eyes i saw my necklace in my hand i had just assumed it must have fallen out". lok and Sophie looked at me then each other "hay Eleanor you want to come over to our house" "sure for how long?" "till 7" "k" i phoned my parents and told them what was happening and went with lok and sophie not knowing what i was getting myselve in to.
