Chapter 15

Jennie's Pov

It's our last day here at the hotel. After we ate yesterday, we went back to the lobby to ask the front desk about the lady, Surprisingly it wasn't hard to find her since she works here in the housekeeping department.

We asked information about Ms. Carol but sadly they don't give out personal information, Like contact numbers or family related or anything. they said they could lose their jobs if they gave out any confidential information to guest. I totally agree, as a person who works in a school industry, I do agree that we don't give out any profiles to strangers. 

So all we got was her name...

If you'll ask why didn't we just ask where we could find her? We did actually, before asking for the profile of this woman. And luck wasn't in our side. The front desk lady said that it was her off yesterday late in the afternoon and that she won't be back till next week.

But today is our last day of our staycation. Lisa and I got work waiting for us and Liam has school. 

After we head back to the room, Liam was taking his nap. It's 3:35 pm right now, Lisa and I are packing our stuffs because we're checking out tomorrow morning.

"How can we contact Ms. Carol?" I asked

"I don't know babe.. We would come back here but the ride is too far..." Lisa said

"I don't understand, How does she know me?" I asked

"Real question is, How do you not remember her?" Lisa asked

"Remember when I told you that I tried to attempt suicide when I lost my baby?" I said and she nods at me

"I was driving a weeks after it happened, I was devastated and all I wanted was to be with my baby..."

"Next thing I knew, I was in the hospital when I opened my eyes..."

"My parents didn't want to elaborate the whole details with what happened to me that night. The doctor said it wouldn't help me get over it if I'll just remember it. The doctor said I had an amnesia and that new memories we're erased from my brain"

"I would always hunt for answers to why I tried to commit suicide. My parents who couldn't take it anymore, told me the reason. That's when I finally got to understand why." I said

It was silent after I talked, Lisa not knowing what to say just stared at me with a concern look.
Then her phone went ringing

"Hello?"

"I'm with Liam and Jen-"

"No we talked about this." Lisa said firmly as she walks away from the room

I'm guessing that was Tzuyu. I sighs and looked over to Liam who was still sleeping peacefully 

"Goddammit Tzuyu! Just sign the contract." Lisa slightly yelled with her angry tone

"I'm coming back tomorrow. When I come home, I need those papers signed and placed on the table" she said

"heyyy" I softly said when she entered the room with her annoyed face

"Sorry bout that" She said and continued to help me pack the clothes

I stood up from the bed to back hug her

Her body flinched by the sudden action making me chuckle

I tip toed to kiss her cheeks while my hands made it's way to her chest

I began to give her wet kisses on her neck and sucking her earlobe
