Chapter 33

Precious' POV

'Ssh' I whisper 'I think I hear something'

I stop walking ,kellie and bash stop behind me.
The three of us stay silent.

'Tyler,please' Megan says 'you don't have to do this'
'She's right Tyler. you can break free from this spell. you just have to believe in yourself' Adam says.

'Shut up!' Tyler shouts.

What is he doing?
They must've turned him...

'We gotta go warn the others' I whisper. they both nod.

I turn around to walk back to where the others went.

'Where do you think you're going?' I look up to see Ryan standing in front of me.

'How could you?' I say.
'Look, I never changed' he smirks. 'but hey, you guys believed i had so...'

'You can just let us go. I swear, we'll stay away' I say 'we won't come back'

He laughs.
'Just because you trusted me, doesn't mean I'm trusting you'

He whistles and three squids walk our way.
'Run!' I say.

The three of us run down the hall only to be stopped my more squids.

'They have us cornered' bash says.

'I suggest you surrender' Ryan walks up to us.

'It's over' he smirks.

Jason's POV

'We have three more' a squid says.
'Good. Put them in a cell.' another says.

Three squids walk by pushing bash, precious and kellie.

'Kellie!' I get as close as I can to the door of the cell.

'Jason' she struggles to get out of the squids grip.
'Where's Laura?'

I step to the side, revealing Laura asleep on one of the beds.

'Get in' a squid unlocks the cell door and pushes kellie in.
She lands on the ground with a thud.

I walk over to her and help her up.
'We tried to help save you guys' she says. 'its okay. it's not your fault'

'Ah. more people' Tyler walks towards the cells.

'What? why is he outside?' kellie asks.
I sigh. 'they turned him'

Tyler looks towards Laura,smirking.

'Why don't we get rid of her first?' he smirks.
'Over my dead body' kellie steps forward.

'Oh really?' Tyler asks.

'Tyler. stop it' Megan says.
'Why should I listen to you?' he asks.

'He's gone insane...' I hear Lauren mutter.

'I'm what?' he walks towards her cell.
'I didn't say anything' she lies.

He laughs. 'you know, I could just kill you all... right now. but I'm not gonna' he says 'I'm gonna make you all suffer. I'll make you suffer so much you'll wish that you were dead'

We all stay silent.
'Get comfy' he says 'you're gonna be here for a while'

And with that he walks away.

No-one speaks.
We all just stay silent,trying to take everything in.

'Damn squids' Adam says.
'Damn squids!' he shouts this time.

'The others are still looking for us' precious says.
'If they're caught...' Adam says. 'then its over'

'Don't think like that' Alesa says.
'Alesa's right' roisin speaks up. 'we have to stay positive'

We all stay silent again.

I watch kellie walk over to Laura's bed.
'I won't let them hurt you' she whispers. 'I promise'

Steve's POV

Ty runs up to us.
'They got precious bash and kellie' he says,out of breath.

'Great' Gizzy rolls his eyes.
'We need to just stop and think for a minute' he says 'we can't just keep running in and getting caught'

'Gizzy's right' Amy says. 'we're not getting anywhere'

'Okay. let's think of a plan' Perniya says.

'Splitting up doesn't seem to be helping... Ty, you brought potions right?' I ask.

'Uh yeah. why?' he says.
'Got any invisibility potions?'

He checks in the bag he brought with all of the potions in it.

'Yeah. three splash potions'
'How long?' I ask him.
'Sixteen minutes' he replies.

'Okay' I say 'we'll all share them since they're splash potions. but we have to be quick' I remind them.

'I think we're ready' Perniya says.

Ty hands out the potions, keeping one for himself.

He stands next to me and throws it on the ground.

I know it has worked since I can't see them anymore.

'Lets do this' Ty says.

Perniya has to tell us which direction to go since we couldn't see eachother and where the others were going.

'Stop' she says after a while.
'What wrong?' I ask.
'Listen'

We all stay quiet.

'I can't do this anymore' Alex's voice comes from one of the rooms.
'Don't you back out too' Ryan says.

'I'm sorry. it's just... I'm-I really like one of the girls' he says.
'Of course you do' Ryan sighs 'which one?'

'Amy' he says quietly but loud enough for us to hear.

Amy gasps.

'What was that?' Ryan asks.

He walks in our direction.
I can only hope he can't see the particles.

'It's probably nothing' he sighs.

'Lets just discuss this before you make your decision okay?'

'Okay' Alex sighs and they walk away.

'They're all leaving him' josh says quietly.
'We might have a chance'

'We might... but let's not get our hopes up. we have to stay focused' Perniya says and we once again set off to find our friends.
