I caught up to her and started to lead her to the den, where the rest of the pack along with my father was. She moved lightly, like she was dancing instead of walking. Her hair blew up from her face from the pace she was strolling in and her face was smoothed and looked like it was made from angel hands. She didn't hover or worry. she just took control. A born Alpha Female.

This made me smile. We would be perfect together. She never glanced back at me. She knew I was following. If she heard me or not I don't know. I pushed open the double doors to reveal the warm den where everyone was gathered.

She walked in and stopped at the doors. Everyone turned to stare at her. She looked powerful as she stood straight next to me. She must have been thinking the same thing, because she glanced my way and smiled softly. My heart stopped for a second, then quickened considerably.

My father approached us and I watched as he came to stand in front of Leila. The smile faded from her lips and she cocked her head slightly. Almost as if she was examining him. He waited for her to bow or fall to her knees under the pressure of his strentgh and authority.

But she never did.

She kept her leisure pose next to me. Leaning half into me so that I could feel the warmth of her skin. Murmurs filled the crowd, openly staring at the scene unfolding in front of them. Leila seemed not to notice.

She shifted more into me and I almost purred in delight as a strand of hair brushed my shoulder. She was the perfect length to match my 6 foot something height. She wasn't taller than me, nor was she short. Something seemed to be bothering her.

I looked up at my father to see him glaring at her. I growled softly under my breath. How dare he look at her that way?! He notcied my anger and eased up his stare. He shot an apologetic look and turned to smile at my mate. She smiled back and turned her head more to me.

Her arm was right next to mine and I could feel the power filling me up from her. She was just perfect. I was almost too caught up in my thoughts to hear her talk to my father.

"Thank you for helping me..." She said trailing off with a hinting flicker of her eyes. My father noticed this and stuck out his hand to her.

"Alpha Sky. But you can call me Martin." Leila nodded her head and took his hand in hers. My father's eyes widened, astonished at the sheer strength she had.

"Leila." She replied, not seeming to notice his expression. She retracted her hand from his and let it fall to her side. I reacher over and took it in mine.

She glanced my way briefly and flashed me a dazzling smile. Spots showed in my view and I had to shake my head to clear it. Her touch and smile combined was like the sun hitting right in your chest. She shivered slightly from the feelings running through the link in our heads and leaned completely into me.

I breather in her scent. for a while we were together. Only us. It was pure perfection. Her smell. The smooth feel of her skin. Her glittering eyes. Her slow yet seductive smile. Everything of her was made for me. Even the way her body was curved, moulded easily into me. I was in ecstasy. I don't know why I didn't go searching for my mate before.

I was pulled from the moment when I heard a sort of shriek. I looked up to see my mom and sister's giddy faces mere centimetres from my mate's face. Because she was a rouge she instantly snarled softly and pulled away.

What surprised me was that she stepped in behind me; like I was her shield. My wolf growled in acceptance. I watched as he crouched before the snow white wolf of my mate. He was protecting her as well.

I looked back at the two females in front of me. My sister was practically jumping up and down on the spot while my mom was a little more composed. But only a little.

My family was alright. Well sorta.

I was about to tell them to back off when I heard a thud from behind me. I turned to see my mate unconscious on the floor.
