I'm gonna quickly explain how portals work in my World. So there are two kinds of portal travel: man made portals and, partical portals. Partical portals can only be used by people who can summon portals on command aka portal users. Manmade portals can be turned on and off but can't be moved. The reason partical port where named was because they leave partical where ever they go. Let me explain it like this, There kinda like pipes if they cross paths they break and bad things can happen
