Chapter Sixteen

- Dean -
I watch the dark liquid drip down onto my pants. I glanced back at the glove compartment.

"What the hell..." I whisper, pulling a gun out.

I held the cold heavy object in my hands, shaking I slowly turned it so it faced my face. Putting my finger on the tigger, a high pitched scream came from inside. I jumped and pulled the trigger causing it to make a loud bang shattering the windshield. I ran inside holding the gun by my side.

"You son of a bitch!!" I saw Haliey run to my dad and beat him with her fist, then him throwing her the ground.

I saw Cassie on the ground, shot in the leg. Anger steamed up in me, I barged inside holding the gun up, aiming it at Ash.

"P-put your hands up!" I stuttered, trying to find my voice.

He laughed. "Oh Dean," he stepped closer and I got ready to shoot.

"Hands up!"

He ran to me punching the side of my head. No no no, I hit him hard with the gun on his temple, then him falling backwards. I was breathing heavily, then saw Cassie.

- Madi -
"Oh my god Cassie!!" I yelled running to her side, holding her up. She threw her head back in pain. Her leg was coated in blood. I looked away and tried not to throw up.

"M-Madi.. it's.. O-okay it's covered.." she said.

I slowly turned around she was right. But, the fabric was quickly absorbing the thick liquid.

I watched Dean, hold the gun up talking to Asher. He started punching him, then Asher fell.

"Dean!! Help Cassie!" I cried.

He ran to my side, gently touching Cassie's leg. Cole helped Haliey up then pick up the phone dialing 911. I covered my face, crying.

- Cassie -
The pain was unbearable. Plus, Dean touching it made it worse. I could hear faint sirens from the distance.

"Dean don't touch it! It's hurts!" I cried.

"I know ba- um Cassie. Your mom called the ambulance." he said. He blushed at his mistake. Why?...

"D-Dean your.. Arm.. What'd you do.." I asked softly.

"Nothing leave it. Your going to be okay."

Asher began to stir, standing up slowly Dean held his gun up.

"I'll kill all of you..." He said in a deep husky voice.

Bang!.. Bang!.. Two shots fired. I closed my eyes. Then opened them, Asher was on the ground, with a small pool of blood slowly surrounding him. Then sirens got louder, pulling in my driveway. I looked at my leg blood gushing out, I blacked out.

( Four Hours Later )
- Cassie -
"She should be awake in a little while, the surgery went fine. You have nothing to worry about Mrs. Holland." I recognized the doctors voice.

"C-could I see her please.." my mom..

"Yes."

Then I heard footsteps coming towards me. I slowly opened my eyes.

"Cas.. Baby girl.." I saw a smile creep up her face. I turned my head to face her.

"D-Dean.. Where's.. Dean.." I whispered, my head was killing me. She moved the hair out of my face.

"He's outside sweetie.. I'll go get him" she kissed my cheek and smiled. I nodded slightly, and she walked out.

Dean walked in, his face had small cuts on it. I immediately sat up and glanced at his arm.

"No. Lay down. Its fine." he said, hiding it.

"No Dean. Get the hell over here." Im surprised it worked.

"I don't want to be here with you, after what you did to me."

"I didn't kiss him!" I screeched.

"Yes you did Cassie! I saw you with my own eyes!"

"He kissed me first I didn't kiss him back! It's not the same Dean! It didn't feel the same like yours. He doesn't make me happy, you do. Dean I need you.."

He stood in silence for a while, I began to wonder if I made a mistake on telling him that stuff. Then, he took hold of my face and slowly kissed me.

He pulled away slightly. "Cassie, I'm a bitch. A horrible boyfriend, I love you so much, okay? I'm never leaving you."

"Your not a horrible boyfriend, Dean. I love you.."

"I love you too.." He looked at me.

Time to tell him.. Just do it Cassie.. He can handle it.

"Dean.. I um.. Need to tell you something.." I said looking down.

"Well, what is it?" He asked confused.

"Your going to be a daddy.."
