okay so i tried to shift with the take me to church method(i visualized b) and i did not shift, but it gave me a TON of symptoms. so im definitely gonna try using it again.
also am i the only one of if they fall asleep durning a shifting method they'll get weird and vivid ass dreams? like when im trying to shift but i fall asleep to soon ill get the weirdest dreams.
anyways that's pretty much it! wait also i might try shifting again tonight with the in your arms method. if i do then afterwards im gonna take a break for about a week then ill try again.
