In this people are gone know about haki but many cannot use it and I am also making mera mera no mi like a quirk where it is like a transformation type and not to make Izuku to op there are some drawbacks like where his flame are weaker to a water base quirk but when he gets strong this drawback is not going to be there and he can change the temperature of hi fire later on and he can swim (because I feel like it a useless drawback) . For side note Aizawa quirk is going to affect mera mera no mi but not strongly.
