We can see a 4 year old Izuku getting excited because today he is going  to the quirk doctor to know what his quirk is going to be because his childhood best friend already got his quirk a few days ago

*time skip to quirk doctor*

*Izuku pov*

Me and my mom are waiting outside for the doctor to call us

Docter: Next Midoriya

Docter: So how can I help you

Inko: We are he to see what my son quirk gonna be

Doctor: Ok we are going to run some tests and find out

Izuku *Thought*: After all, the were done I come and see my mom waiting

Docter:  So we run some tests and we found out that your son can't get a quirk

Izuku *Thought*: When the doctor said that my mind went blank it felt like someone told me that you are useless

Docter:  Because as you can see your son has an extra joint in his pinky toe we have found that this extra joint is absent in people with quirk

Docter: Sorry kid you can't be a hero without a quirk

Bakugo: So izuku didn't you go to quirk Docter yesterday what your quirk

Izuku: The doctor said I am quirkless

Bakugo: So that means you are useless you are a deku

Sins that day Bakugo start to bully izuku

when I was going home from another day of bullying I found kachan he had a wired fruit in his hand then he started to come closer to me. 

Kachan: Hey deku look this fruit I want to give you this 

Izuku: Sorry kachan i am not hungery 

kachan: I said eat the dame fruit

Then kachan force feed me  the weird fruit and it was the worst thing that I ever tasted when I tried to spit the fruit out I already ate it after that I felt wired when I look at my hand it started to turn into fire when  I saw that I was so scared I bolted tower my house

*Bakugo pov*

when I force fed that wired  fruit to deku his hand started to turn into  fire then he ran toward this house

*Inko pov*

I  was cooking dinner when izuku burst through the door screaming when I look at him then I saw his hand which was covered with fire I rush to izuku

Inko: Izuku honey are you ok what is happening 

Izuku: I don't know it does not here Mabey it's my quirk

Inko: what let go to the quirk doctor

*time skip* to the quirk doctor

Inko: Docter my son I think he awakened his quirk

Docter: what its Impsobal wasn't he spouse to be quirkless

Inko: he was but when he came home from his hand was covered in flames

Docter: Can you show me

Inko: Izuku can you show the doctor what you did before

Izuku: Ok mom I will try

Then izuku hand started to turn into fire

Docter: what how can it be that not possible 

Inko: doctor is my izuku ok 

Docter: we need to run some test then we can know

Inko: ok

Docter: we run some tests and found out that his extra pinky joint is not there anymore so he might be a late bloomer

Inko: Realy, so what is his quirk

Docter: we found that his quirk allows him to create, control, and transform into fire at will it a really powerful quirk it does not have many weakness like other flame based quirks have which is overheating their body

Izuku: So can I become a hero with this quirk

Docter: yes you can become a hero maybe even number one hero like allmight

Izuku: ya I will be the number one hero.
