Imagine trying for a baby with Tom.
"It's never going to happen Tom, we will never have a kid" You start to cry.
"Hey, babe, of course it will happen sometime" Tom says to comfort you
*A few weeks later*
You wake up one morning, feeling really ill.
"Go see a doctor, I'll book the day off and come with you."
"No Tom, really it's fine. I'll ask Nareesha to come, you've got work to do."
Tom rings the doctor for you and get an appointment. You ring Nareesha and she agrees to come with you.
*At the doctors*
"So, what's the problem?" The doctor asked.
"I've been sick every morning for a week now. It hasn't lasted long." You replied.
"Okay, lie on the bed for me please" ... "This gel is going to be cold. By what you are saying, I think you are pregnant." She put the gel on, like she said, it was cold.
"Yes, you are pregnant."
You look at Nareesha and just smile.
"Thank you" You say as you walk out. You walk outside the building.
"Congratulations!" Nareesha said as she hugged you.
You decided to leave it as a surprise for Tom. Naresha suggested going out to celebrate so you do.
When you get home, Tom had the band round
"So, how was it?" Tom asked.
"I'm pregnant." You say to him. He runs over to you and hugs you.
"I love you." He says before he kisses you.
