Sid: Bombay Grilled Sandwich

(A/N as I told you that I will share more recipes so I am sharing)

Ingredients
bread slices, coriander-mint chutney, cheese slices, butter, sandwich masala and rounds of onion, tomato, green bell pepper and boiled potato

Method
peel and slice the onion and cucumber in a round shape.  Wash the tomatoes and cut round slices of it as well.
Make Green Chutney Next, wash and chop the coriander and mint leaves to prepare the green chutney for the sandwich.  Add them along with green chillies and salt in a mixer jar and blend to a smooth paste, and try not to add too much water.
Trim the bread from all sides or you can keep it if you wish and apply butter on one bread, then apply the green chutney all over.  Next, place the cucumber, tomato, onion slices over the bread slice along with the potato slice.  Sprinkle salt over the veggies along with chaat masala.  Cover this slice with the other slice.  Once you are done with placing the sandwich, spread the grated cheese over it.  Grill the sandwich for around 2-3 minutes.  Once done, cut into pieces and serve hot.

S-dadi: Yes beta tum sahi keh rahe ho par atleast bahu matlab tumhari wife se to mila do
Sid: Abhi to koi nahi hai jisko mai pyar karta hoon..
Abhi bhai: Ha vo bhi hai ek kaam kariye aap log hi dhoondh lijiye
Va: Ha par pehle tere liye dhoondhenge
Abhi bhai: Mai? Mai kyu?
Va: Cause you are big then Sid so it's of course now tell me do you love someone?
Abhi bhai: M-Ma

Then suddenly Vaishu di came and said

Vaishu di: Hi

Abhi bhai gulped cause he didn't knew what will happen when she will came to know about his marriage and all

Everyone except Vaishu di: Hi
Sid: Lijiye we were talking about her and she is here
Va: Sid!  Vaishu do you know someone whom Abhi (Abhishek bhai) loves?
Vaishu: No aunty he had never told me about this but suddenly.... What happened?
Va: We are fixing his marriage
Vaishu di: wh-oh t-thats nice congrats
S-dadi: lagta hai we found our bahu
Abhi bhai: who?
Va: Vaishu
Abhinavi: What!?
Va: Vaishu we are coming to meet your parents
Vaishu: W-o-fi- Sure

Abhi bhai: Aab kya hoga?
Vaishu di: I don't know...
Abhi bhai: hey!  Aagar marriage fix hoti hai to tumhe koi problem nahi hogi na
Vaishu di: Huh?
Abhi bhai: See Vaishu don't think wrong about me but I truly love you so so so so so much I am fallen for you from the time when I saw you first. Then you became my best friend and my feelings for you became more stronger see I truly love you it is not an affection so Ms. Vaishnavi Rao do you love me?

Abhi bhai: Sach?

Va: To phir ma unlogo se baat kariye na
S-dadi: unka call aaya tha unki taraf se rishta fix hai or pata hai bride ko to ye bhi nahi pata ki tu ek actor hai ham logo ne decide kiya hai ki identities or names chuupa ke rakhne hai isliye tujhe bhi na uska name pata chalega na uska face dekhne milega..
Sid: Or kuch bataiye na uske bare mein
S-dadi: Vo bohot sanskari hai sweet hai duniya ki sabse pyari ladki hai are mai to kehti hoon chand ka tukda hai
Sid: Wah tab to kal mil lete hai..
S-dadi: kaha na identities will be secret
Sid: Ok fine as you wish (sadly)

Wow that girl is literally amazing like my would be wife's style is Kajol Mam wow and her nature I am so lucky that I will be his future husband she is perfect

Sid: Mummy I am leaving
