Authors Note

Hey guys, it's been a really long time, I've been hurt emotionally and I've been overloaded with pain and schoolwork. I'm ready now to update, I've been focused more on editing and worked harder as an author. I'm now in a relationship, and I know its real. I've learned more description, even in the pain I made it threw alive. I'm so sorry for not updating. My doctor may be putting me on an anti depressant, I'm not very social anymore, I'm going to keep my head up and stay strong. I've realised that this book, let's me escape the pain, I will keep updating and trying to keep my head up. I feel free writing this, listening to music like Christina Perri. Thank you guys for allowing me this safe haven. Now onto the story! You guys make me smile, I'm sorry for bad grammar and no editing I have improved! Thank you guys so much for 2,000 plus reads! I will never leave you guys again, it's official I'm back, and I'm not going anywhere! :D

Alyssa POV

I once again growled in disgust. I was not an animal, nor will I be treated as one. I couldn't take it, my inner dragon was taking control. I hissed, and lunged forwards, taking a chunk of the woman's throat out with my bare teeth. The man shrunk back into the wall horrified of what had happened to his lover. I left him shaking. I began to look for the other hybrid, we could escape together. As I wondered the hall checking every room, I came upon a cat hybrid. She screeched in surprise, I heard footsteps drawing closer. Enraged I went head on to the man and ripped his throat out with my claws. The hybrid starred at me in shock. I said in a stern voice," I will take you with me to live with me if you like, but you must never speak of this." She nodded her head in agreement. I grabbed her hand and took her outside where I began to fly with her in tow, I know we can make it.
