For decades, the city of Swordfall has been at war with, well, themselves. Maybe that's where the name came from. The current generation's ancestors had to crawl through brutal civil wars, all because of one feud between two families, both of which were of a very high status. Now though, that disagreement has developed into something tearing the two sides of the town apart, and it's becoming a rather large element of everyone's lives.
Fights would break out there constantly, so it's a mystery that one side hasn't given in yet. Although I suppose, if you'd been raised with your parents drilling it into your head that you have people to defeat and half a city to conquer, you'd be pretty enthusiastic about fighting them.
Of course, everyone wants to be the best, don't they? However, we all know that there's only room for one...
