Dear Covid,
Thank you for locking us up
Making us become a prisoner in our own homes
You ask me if I am doing okay
Pretending like you care
So I reply to you with the most common used phrase
"I'm fine"
In reality,
No I am not okay
Classes have been canceled
My grad has been canceled
I can no longer see my loved ones
But most of all
My freedom has been canceled
Sincerely an unenthused young adult
